Who we are

Daver Steels (Bar and Cable Systems) Limited, company number 09978035, registered office Unit 2, Commercial Road, Goldthorpe Industrial Estate, S63 9BL, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number and message you enter. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to supply you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running our business. We also keep the emails and business records you send us, as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. The website is hosted by Vercel, and contact form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend. They process the information only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and customer records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@daverbarandcable.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. It counts page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page visited, the referring site, the browser and the country. It does not use cookies and does not store any personal information that could identify you, so no consent banner is shown. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
