Benquerencia Bridge connects a residential area and an industrial area across a busy ring road. Buenavista Bridge is constructed to a similar design and links the district of Buenavista with a new urban development around the Beatriz Hotel.

Daver Steels supplied hot dip galvanised Grade 520 tendons from M30 to M56 complete with fork ends and pin connections. for installation on this innovative footbridge in Toledo Spain.

The tendons were between 30 and 80 metres long with very large adjustment turnbuckles +/- 500 mm.

The tendons were all installed inside white HDPE tubes, lifted into position and stressed to required preload.
